Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
A paid ChatGPT plan is not required to use Clip & Chat. You do need the ChatGPT app, and its own terms and usage limits apply.
Does it work on every page?
It works with article text you can read in Safari. Some sites may not support extraction. Clip & Chat does not retrieve hidden content or content you cannot access. Please respect each site’s terms.
Where does my article go?
Article extraction happens on your device. We do not send the text to a developer-operated server. After the handoff, you decide whether to send the message in ChatGPT.
